We look at Yacht Management as a partnership between the owner, management company, the captain, and crew. The vessel & owner are the top priority of the management company, and we like to think of it as one team functioning together.

When the owner is on board, it’s everyone’s job to take care of him. The captain will have direct contact with the vessel owner because they will be directly on board. The yacht management team functions as a supporting role to the vessel & owner.

The management team is here to assist, and take away many of the concerns and headaches that the owner might have. This is especially the case when you pair the right owner, with the right captain, and right management company.

 

Why I am different is that I am the manager of your yacht and also the Captain, which cuts out one person. Unlike other yacht management companies I can repair a wide range of issues which will save the owner money because I offer a discount on my labor rate if I am the manager and Captain. Most other companies are either just a management company or a management company as well as a Captain service, but really have not a lot of mechanical experience. I can offer all of it.
